Manage or cancel Premium
Premium is billed by Apple. Open Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings to change or cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore a purchase
Open her profile, tap Premium, then Restore. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Report a reply
Touch and hold her message, then tap Report and pick a reason.
Erase memories or delete your account
Erase single facts in What she remembers in her profile. Delete account in the profile erases your account, chat, photos, memories and relationship from our servers. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept.
