Terms of Use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms apply to the Diana app (“Diana”, “we”). They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Questions: [email protected].
1. What the app is
Diana is an entertainment app for chatting with a fictional character. Her replies are generated by a language model: they may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and they are not advice of any kind, medical, legal, financial or otherwise. Diana is not a person.
2. Age
You must be 18 or older to use the app. By installing it, you confirm that you are.
3. Your account
You sign in with Apple or with your email address. You are responsible for what is done with your account and device. You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete account. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Rules
Don’t use the app for anything illegal, don’t send other people’s photos without their consent or any illegal material, and don’t try to break into or overload the service. If one of Diana’s replies seems offensive or inappropriate, report it in the chat: touch and hold the message, then Report.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep the service running without interruptions but can’t guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that by law can’t be limited.
7. Changes and contact
We’ll tell you about changes to these terms in the app. Questions: [email protected].
